Katherine Setlock has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career began at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, where she honed her skills and garnered invaluable experience. Her extensive background encompasses various facets of the hospitality sector, including brand management, ownership, and project management. Kat’s journey has also included working alongside our owner, Aaron, and colleague, Michael, at PDSI, where she developed and honed her skills while establishing strong professional relationships.

Renowned for her skill in streamlining processes, managing high-end budgets, accurately predicting cost forecasts, and effectively change tracking, Kat is a seasoned professional who excels in challenging and transformative environments.

Throughout her career, Kat has led numerous notable and complex projects, showcasing her ability to navigate uncertainties and deliver exceptional results, making her an invaluable asset to any team.

At The 26 Co, Kat assumes a pivotal role, managing projects end-to-end, overseeing project personnel, assigning and onboarding contributors for new projects, and efficiently managing their workloads. Additionally, she actively participates in site visits for various clients, contributes to operational enhancements, and leverages her expertise in managing projects.

Kat holds a degree in Interior Design, which complements her keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills. Outside of work, she finds joy in pursuing her passion for dance.
