Throughout her career, Julia has garnered expertise in pivotal areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies and procedures. Her contributions have consistently led to the successful implementation of HR initiatives, resulting in enhanced employee satisfaction and heightened productivity. Furthermore, she has demonstrated her dedication to employee growth and development by spearheading training programs and facilitating comprehensive performance reviews.
Julia’s unwavering commitment to building positive work environments and fostering employee engagement is deeply rooted in the principles her father instilled in her before every soccer and basketball game throughout her career: “play hard and have fun”.
